Biology at Wesleyan

The Wesleyan Biology Program consists of three tiers of study:  a freshman and sophomore core in the biology of cells, organisms and populations, a selection of advanced electives, and a two-semester research project completed by all majors.  The major is focussed on the development of skills and an information base to prepare graduates to work in biotechnology, teach in public or private schools, or enter graduate programs in medicine or in other areas of advanced study.  Links from this page will take you to more information about Biology at Wesleyan.
